Mind boggling video


Click on this text to see footage of Swiss climber Ueli Steck setting the speed record on the three big alpine north faces ... Eiger, Grand Jorasses, and the Matterhorn. This guy climbs vertical ice as fast as we walk down the ramp at NCS. His average time for these routes is about two hours ... pretty amazing given that the 1938 route on the Eiger is usually done in about 65 pitches!
