In the past six weeks I have averaged over three hours a day in training, (roughly 17-20 hours a week). This week I will be taper down to under an hour per day, with most of that being tai chi. I follow the free taiflow videos on YouTube (see the link below).
Now as far as Saturday's race goes, my goal is to complete 55-60k in the 12 hour time limit. I feel fit, and my training has gone well … hopefully the knee joints will hold up.
