Just over 15 hours, with 4300' vertical, and 144k; however it is clearly a transitional season. At 14.3k skiing accounted for the smallest portion of the week, ergometer netted 16.7k, running is starting to pick up with 25k, and the exercise bike yielded the largest chunk with 88k.
