Despite a couple of workouts when I was shuffling - because the tracks were filling up with snow - it's been a wonderful, wintry week. I logged just over 16.5 hours of exercise, on 138k (74k bike, 62k ski, and 2k run), and just under 4000' vertical. I also managed three stretching sessions, two PT strength workouts, and one morning of alpine skiing on my skimo race gear.
