Unfortunately they were repairing the Grand Montet lift in 2008 when I was there with Larry, and there was no way either of us wanted to walk up from the valley. When I was there in the winter of 2010 with Carter we had other things on our list. Hopefully, in the not to distant future I can jump on this classic ice route.
