NCS chicken harvest

Most of the day was occupied by the harvesting of our flock of "old layers" After a great life as free range birds, their low egg production means it is time to put them in the freezer. Hard work. The kids did really well.

No running, hiking, climbing, or kayaking on the agenda yesterday.
