Less than ten days until the Cordillera Blanca




Lots of work, family, and logistical stuff to do. However, I am
ramping up the workouts, adding plenty of vertical and volume, to get
me ready. In the morning I ran on our super-loop and in the afternoon,
I did laps around our ski hill, and laps up easy routes on our crag.
In between, I did 30 minutes of yoga.
