Skimo ... the heavyweight manifesto

Well, I do agree with his premise - get yourself leaner and fitter - don’t just purchase the performance enhancement. But, I also don’t believe its an either/or proposition.

My response would be: of course eat your kale, do your single leg squats, and stop your whining, but then add your superlight gear and see what enhanced  backcountry missions you are able to tackle!
