Yesterday, a bunch of college buddies and I rode various distances for this fundraiser (the Prouty) for the Dartmouth Cancer Center. (The picture is missing Dick, who was the only one of our crew to ride the 100 miler, and he is still out on the course.)
I was the only guy on a MTB and rode the 35 miler (really just 50k) and managed to stay on the wheel of the road bikes for the first ten miles, and eventually finished in just over 2:20 averaging 21.3kph.
