Spring Training For Peru



My goal is to do at least two or three workouts a week on the ski hill loop. The loop is about 3k, with 350 vertical, and it includes the option of five solo laps of one of the easy climbs on the crag ... In mountain boots about 35 minutes a loop. (This iPhone GPS app is so cool.) Given a heavy travel schedule this spring, the rest of my workouts will probably be on the rowing machine.
