My Training Loop

We have three inches of snow this morning so I may head out on rock skis today.

However, on Saturday I had a good 70 minute hike on our 4K, 500' loop. For a bit of extra vertical it included ten laps on an easy 30 foot high 5.2 rock climb. Starting today I will add a 10 pound pack, and increase the weight five pounds every 2-3 weeks until we go to Peru or the Alps.
