2-3 fast runners injured, and unable to compete.) Lucy's friend
Samantha broke the course record, and Lucy was 58 seconds faster than
last year on this course (fourth SPS girl and 11th overall). It was a
tough 5k with some steep hills ... just what you want to get ready for
the nordic season.
