So What Fueled Shackleton's Endurance?

Any Fossil could have guessed the answer ... Single malt! Now an archaeological dig has confirmed what every Fossil surmised, the success of that heroic polar adventure was directly related to a liberal supply of scotch. It brings to mind the rather large quantity of that elixir which Hock, El Presidente, and Mike B flew into the Kahiltna glacier with in the 1970s. And while their stove failed on Denali, and their diet was monotonous on the West Rib, they found that you could always barter for goods on the glacier with high quality scotch.
