About 31 years ago I re- introduced the historical concept of the four event skier at NCS. Every year since in mid-February we have held an intra-school competition combining freestyle, slalom, cross country, and biathlon. Lucy won both nordic events, but finished far down the list in the alpine events (which she was doing on tele-gear). A good time was had by all.
