An excellent week of training in the Adirondacks ...

A big volume week, with over 16 hours of exercise. In addition to the nice run to the summit of MVH from our farm (pictures below), I managed to log the following:

- 55k of running
- 10k mountain biking
- 6000' of elevation gain
- 4 x 30 minutes on the ergometer
- 2 strength sessions
- 2 x 30 minutes of yoga
