Whiteface intervals

On a hot and humid morning, Stash and I did a good uphill session with three repeats between 6:30-7:30. Then in the afternoon I did a short easy jogging warmup, before I jumped on the exercise bike for 75 minutes.

While on the bike, I watched the replay of the Olympic women's MTB cross country event … yahoo USA got the silver medal.
